When purchasing an on-board device, you must register on the HU-GO online customer service portal after logging into your user profile. Before your first trip, be sure to contact us at one of our contact details so that we can check that the device is working properly.

If road use is declared using an on-board device distributed by Setech Flotta, depending on the installation of the device, you can change the number of axles after attaching or detaching the trailer using the auxiliary equipment provided. The system also allows you to change the number of axles via the HU-GO portal and our Call Centre.

Before starting your journey, check that the device is switched on, working properly, that the current account associated with the vehicle has sufficient funds for the journey, and that the vehicle category has been set correctly.
